"The Service Manager, Rockie, and his team are exceptional. The GMC Regional Mgr has been involved with a serious paint problem with this car and overall everyone has been great to work with. Paint issue is not fully resolved, but should be in the near term, as we collectively evaluate the work completed in the last service of polishing the car to remove excessive scratches caused by a treatment to remover overspray (80% of the car impacted) that was on the car at the time of delivery when purchased brand new from another dealership.
